EDWARD W. MARRS, III
Prefers to be called "Ned" and is the founder, owner and broker of Home Buyers' Realty. Ned has been a broker since 1984 and an exclusive buyer agent since 1989. He is considered one of the national pioneers in Exclusive Buyer Agency and his writings on the subject have been published by several national and local publications. Ned is a charter member and co-founded the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA). He has a Masters in Education and a BA in Political Science. Served 20 years as an army officer in the fields of Public Affairs and Strategic Intelligence and served in Vietnam as a combat platoon leader.

Dean M. Brent
Dean has 27 years in the real estate field as a broker in Illinois, Washington and Colorado. He has also been a realty specialist with the FAA and is a home inspector. Dean has been an exclusive buyer agent since 1980 and is currently a board member of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents representing the Rocky Mountain Region. He has a B.A. and a M.A. in Education.

Corinna Robert
Corinna is the youngest member of Home Buyers' Realty. She is the great, great granddaughter of General Henry M. Robert, the author of Robert's Rules of Order, which is the authority for Parliamentary Law and Procedures. Her family has passed down to her the honored values of integrity and honesty-that's why she chose to be an exclusive buyer agent. Corinna has a B.S. in Business Administration. She belongs to Pi Beta Phi Sorority, D.A.R., and a quilting group. Her interests include the three "C's", Children, Church, and Computers.

Michael Stasica
Mike has been in real estate since 1982, an exclusive buyer agent since 1989 and an associate of Ned's since 1985. He has written several articles on real estate agency that have been published and also teaches home buying classes. Mike is a retired navy commander and served in Vietnam as a naval aviator with distinction. He has a B.S. degree in Finance. He has 16 years of residential real estate experience.
